As a Journey Level Installer at Engebos Heating and Cooling LLC , you’ll be responsible for the professional installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You’ll work independently or as part of a team, ensuring all systems are installed to code, manufacturer specifications, and customer satisfaction.

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, and ductless units
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Perform start-ups and basic system troubleshooting post-installation
• Collaborate with other trades and project managers on job sites
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate updates to office staff

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid HVAC license or journeyman certification (as required by state)
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
