• Operate drilling equipment to complete assigned projects
• Complete drilling in both standard and high‑risk areas, including live utilities
• Maintain a working knowledge of utility depths and placements
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and tools are properly maintained, in good repair, and secured safely
• Review field designs, communicate discrepancies to supervisors for change orders
• Properly document work completed, including pothole and bore logs
• Perform conduit splicing, vault/pedestal placement, and fiber/coax placement as needed
• Complete general restoration and cleanup
• Complete all projects with safety as the #1 priority, ensuring compliance with internal safety standards and all governmental orders
• Other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of directional drilling experience required
• Ability to travel daily, work outside of business hours when necessary, and work overtime, holidays, evenings, weekends, and all seasons
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
• High level of energy, motivation, and attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task, shifting from one task to another without interruption
• Ability to work with a noise level from moderate to loud
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in tight spaces or elevated areas, bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing in all weather conditions year‑round
• Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains and manage equipment, safety equipment, and tools
• Must provide a valid government‑issued photo  verification; a driver’s license required if the role involves driving
• Class A CDL required
• Passing all pre‑employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
