Walbec Group invites applicants to join as a Quality Control Technician. This role focuses on ensuring construction projects meet strict quality standards through material testing, measurement, and documentation.

• Perform quality inspections on construction materials such as concrete and asphalt at outdoor project sites across Wisconsin.
• Take precise measurements, document testing results, and verify that road construction projects meet all required specifications.
• Learn and apply technical quality control techniques from day one with comprehensive on‑site training.

• $24+/hour starting pay

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills (coaching provided).

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
