Driller Helper

• Perform standard penetrometer testing operations, including borings and geoprobes.
• Locate borings in the field.
• Record required drilling data.
• Report project-specific issues to the project manager and/or supervisor.
• Perform drill rig and support truck maintenance; report repair and maintenance issues to the drilling supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all crew personnel.
• Safely and accurately load drill rig and support vehicles with supplies daily.
• Promptly and accurately complete time sheets and field paperwork.
• Care for and clean assigned company vehicles, drilling equipment, and other assigned equipment.
• Maintain professional behavior and uphold quality standards.
• Willingness to work out of town and on non-standard schedules when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0 - 3 years of experience.
