Quality Control Technician

Job Summary

Quality Control Technician – Northeast Asphalts, Walbec Group.

• Serve as the quality eyes on our construction projects, testing materials such as concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards.
• Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained, good communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic
