ICM Independent Case Management – De Queen, Arkansas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Helping customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands, and serve as a companion.
• Assisting customers to achieve agreed‑upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community.
• Providing written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform.
• Observing the customer's condition and monitoring the surroundings to ensure safety, including monitoring equipment and materials.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
