Job SummaryOur Commercial Career Program is a sales/marketing rotation designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our sales processes, products, and customer engagement strategies. The program offers rotations through diverse customer service and sales functions, mentorship from experienced sales or product management professionals, and the skills needed to excel in a career at Huhtamaki.
Program Structure- Duration: 12-18 months training
- Rotations: 2-3 rotations across different commercial functions (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management)
- Training:
Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development - Mentorship:
Pairing with senior sales/product management leaders and mentors - Evaluation:
Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Acclimate to Huhtamaki, products, and processes
- Directly interact with customers in various settings
- Partner with cross-functional business leaders to assist on strategic projects
- Identify areas to improve and streamline processes
- All other duties assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interest in a career in sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate within US for sales opportunities
- Willingness to travel for business
- Office environment
- Work hours are typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with potential after-hours and weekend work to complete projects
- Travel as needed; up to 10%
