Happy Campers De Soto Montessori School in Kansas is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Teaching Assistant to support our infant through 6-year-old mixed-age classroom in a Montessori-inspired setting. You will assist the Lead Teacher, help with routines, materials, and hands-on learning outdoors, fostering independence and positive social interactions.
Ideal candidates are 18+, able to multitask across age groups, eager to learn Montessori philosophies, and committed to a nurturing environment
