We are great dough heroes here at Custom Foods, Inc - the area's leading frozen dough manufacturer! If you value making safe food of the highest quality for others to enjoy, come join our team in De Soto, KS. We run three lines over two shifts, one from about 5am-3pm, and one from about 3pm-1am.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Transport dough from one machine to another
• Check weights of random products to verify quality
• Check production schedule and assist with setting up machine correctly for product run
• Verify correct drum and piston size are in use for product run
• Apply processing aids
• Set weight for product and verify consistency
• Communicate end of production run with packaging
• Keep area free of waste and debris
• Monitor freezer temperature and notify if it is out of specification
• Notify management of any issues with equipment or product
• Follow company Good Manufacturing Practices
• Ensure food safety, quality, and food defense

• Ability to stand for most of ten-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to ten pounds often, twenty pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend and twist occasionally
