You diagnose, repair, and maintain complex industrial equipment, keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently through the night. • Performs routine and scheduled Preventive Maintenance on all industrial equipment, identifying potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Executes advanced Troubleshooting techniques to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions quickly and accurately.
• Repairs and maintains intricate Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems, ensuring optimal fluid power and control.
• Works on industrial Electrical Systems
  , including motors, controls, wiring, and sensors, to restore full functionality.
• Conducts comprehensive Mechanical Repair
  , replacing worn components, rebuilding assemblies, and ensuring precision alignment.
• Interprets and applies information from Blueprint Reading
  , schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations.
• Utilizes a variety of Diagnostic Tools to pinpoint equipment failures and verify repairs.
• Adheres strictly to all Safety Procedures and protocols, including implementing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all.
• Prioritizes repair tasks and makes independent decisions regarding the most effective and efficient solutions for equipment issues.
• Documents all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
