Construction Laborer

• Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crews on job sites

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment

• Perform site cleanup and debris removal

• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and prepare work areas

• Operate hand and power tools safely

• Support concrete, framing, demolition, and general construction activities

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Previous construction, landscaping, or outdoor general labor experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds regularly

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Soto, KS.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
