About The Role

Goodwin Academy are seeking a friendly, organised and motivated Receptionist to join the team on a part time basis. This is a key role at the heart of our academy, where you will provide a professional reception service and essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
As the first point of contact for parents, carers, visitors and staff, you will play an important part in representing the academy's values and ethos. You will have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions whilst working to tight deadlines in a methodical manner.
Key responsibilities- Acting as the welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, parents, carers and staff.
- Managing calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and wider school team.
- Organising and prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

This role is offered on a part time basis, working Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8 am to 3.30 pm
