As our Senior Work Placement Coach, you will:

· Work with staff, students and employers to facilitate and monitor the completion of industry placements and work placements for students on study programmes.

· Support the Progression Plus Manager in the coordination, implementation and delivery of high-quality industry placements and work placements for students on study programmes.

· Line manage a team of Work Placement Coaches to support them to deliver a high-quality service across defined college clusters.

What you will bring to the role:

· Proven experience in customer service and negotiation.

· Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all ages and levels, verbally and in writing.

· Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

· Ability to work alone and as part of a team with interpersonal skills.
