Key Responsibilities (overview of Deal Advisory work):

  • Help identify and address financial aspects within a company to maximize shareholder value.
  • Provide financial insights to support overall company strategies and decisions.
  • Assist with financial planning, decision‑making and strategic analysis as part of the team.

What we look for:

  • Minimum of a 2:2 predicted grade; no requirement to be studying for a relevant accountancy degree.
  • Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Minimum of two A levels (A‑C) and one other A level or equivalent.
  • Five GCSEs grades A*-C or 9‑4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent).
  • Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner.
