I am recruiting for a fast‑growing mid‑tier firm that will allow you to focus on deal‑driven work. Deal sizes range from 10‑100 million+. Clients are diverse and span a range of sectors. The firm has grown through business wins, referrals, and a strategy of growth. Partners value smart planning over endless hours.

The M&A tax team sits within the consultancy team and is led by an experienced partner and senior manager, supported by junior tax staff. The team has ambitious plans to grow the business line and has no shortage of opportunities, ensuring you will not lack work. The team advises across all areas of transaction tax, working primarily with owner‑managed businesses and also delivering work for institutional buyers and investors.

The work is generated primarily from referrals from clients, intermediaries, and the firm’s corporate finance team. Partnering with the corporate finance team allows the business to provide an attractive offering to the market.

• Tax restructuring
• Due diligence for acquisitions and lending reviews
• Transaction tax support and structuring advice on sale mandates
• Post‑sale integration
• Group rationalisation exercises

The team is involved in every deal from start to finish, providing advice on every aspect.
