Sierra is seeking a Deal Operations Manager to join our team and own the end-to-end deal workflow from pricing to signature. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to structure, price, and close complex enterprise deals, ensuring speed, accuracy, and profitability.
You will design deal desk processes, guardrails, and governance while building dashboards to monitor pipeline, cycle time, and win/loss trends.
