We are seeking a Manager, Global Pricing & Deal Management to support our Commercial organization. Reporting to the Director of Global Pricing & Deal Management, you will work closely with executive leadership and stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales to shape critical pricing and deal management strategies. In this fast-paced environment, you will build automation and refine workflows that streamline our processes, manage deals, track performance milestones, and recommend optimal pricing and deal structures.

As a solutions-oriented leader, you will ensure our pricing approach remains agile and responsive to market dynamics.

This role will have direct oversight of our international regions across EMEA and APAC, requiring proven experience managing Deal Desk operations such as commercial incentives, trading structures, and pricing models at a global scale. The ideal candidate is strategic, a self‑starter, driven, adaptable, highly organized, analytical, and has a strong eye for detail. Experience leading through a rapid growth/maturation phase, building operational processes at scale, and navigating international commercial landscapes will be critical to the success of this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Proven leadership in operating a Deal Desk function—driving complex deal structuring, collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product), and implementing scalable workflows (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, CLM) to optimize efficiency, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bring proven experience managing commercial incentives across EMEA & APAC, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and business priorities.
  • Contract Review & Risk Mitigation:
    Partner with Legal to analyze contract language, identify potential risks, and propose modifications or new contract terms when needed.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis:
    Support pricing, discount, and go‑to‑market decisions through robust financial analysis, while driving analysis and tracking of deal terms, attainment, and renewals to ensure scalable growth.
  • Automation & Workflow:
    Build and maintain automation workflows, including Salesforce administration to streamline deal approvals and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership:
    Work with various stakeholders to ensure new deal strategies and operational processes are effectively communicated, adopted, and continuously refined.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk or related roles (deal management, pricing & planning or tech strategy, pricing), ideally in AdTech organizations.
  • Salesforce/Admin Expertise:
    Comfort with building workflows, automation, and integrations in Salesforce; proficiency in other relevant platforms (Thought Spot, Tableau, Ironclad) is a plus.
  • Analytical & Organized:
    Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for juggling multiple high‑priority projects and tight deadlines.

    Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Mindset:
    Willingness to innovate, troubleshoot emerging challenges, and implement lasting operational improvements.

    Skilled at delivering structured thinking and clear recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with additional data visualization or BI tools is beneficial.
