As an Apprentice Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you’ll be at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our Star Buys, and ensuring all customers leave satisfied. You will help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets. This fast‑paced job offers ample opportunities to learn and grow into a future Team Leader through comprehensive on‑the‑job training over the first 12 months.

At the end of the training period you’ll discuss your experiences and be observed performing your role. You will receive support from your team and tutor to achieve Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

• Serve customers with a positive and friendly approach.
• Maintain store presentation and product stock.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding store sales targets.
• Participate in training and development activities.
• Document and discuss work performance with tutor/manager.

• A positive mindset and effective communication skills.
• Passion for health & beauty and customer service.
• Desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
• Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to change.

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland).
• You are not currently in education and are available for full‑time shifts.
• You have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• You are eligible to work in the UK.
• You are brand new to retail.
