Project Manager (Residential Property Restoration) – Detroit, MI

Vision Restoration and Building Company, INC. is growing and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team of professionals in residential property restoration. The ideal candidate will have industry residential property restoration experience, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. • Oversee all aspects of residential property restoration construction projects from planning to implementation
• Ensure projects are completed to high quality standards, on time, and on or below budget
• Establish and adhere to project schedules
• Participate in job and billing reviews
• Visit job sites throughout the project lifecycle
• Interface with building inspectors
• Develop and maintain a qualified pool of subcontractors
• Ensure all work by subcontractors and Vision employees follows safety procedures and professional standards
• Collect all necessary documentation throughout the job
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
• Maintain customer satisfaction as determined by satisfaction surveys
• Serve as the first contact during on-call rotation
• Meet or exceed compliance with TPA and/or insurance provider agreements
• Meet or exceed owner expectations for communication and service

• 2+ years of restoration construction project management experience
• Experience working with TPAs and insurance providers
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, Dash, Xactimate
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Impeccable problem-solving skills
