As a Project Manager I at Baker Construction, you will lead less complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgets, serving as primary client contact, monitoring construction and financial activities, and ensuring safety compliance.

• Responsible for Pre‑Construction Duties
• Coordinates Job Transition and Start‑up Process
• Manages Cost and Schedule
• Manages Cash Flow
• Oversees the Work of Direct Reports
• Maintains Client Relationship
• Generates and Submits Technical Records
• Supports Construction of Project
• Manages Project Safety and Risk Management Processes
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction‑related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
