As a Senior Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the General Dentist while collaborating with the neighboring multi‑specialty team as needed. You will play a key role in clinical excellence, patient flow, and team support.

• Assist the General Dentist with a full scope of general dentistry procedures
• Serve as a senior‑level clinical support and resource for the team
• Maintain efficient room turnover and clinical workflows
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Deliver exceptional patient care and education
• Coordinate seamlessly with the adjacent multi‑specialty office when needed

• 3–5+ years of dental assisting experience in general dentistry
• Lead‑level or senior DA experience strongly preferred
• Confident, efficient chairside skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and professional
• Experience with Open Dental, CBCT, and iTero preferred
• Comfortable working in a modern, technology‑driven practice

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturdays: 2 Saturdays per month REQUIRED, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Weekday off provided during the week when a Saturday is worked

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one‑year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X‑ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non‑Exempt
