Position OverviewAs a Senior Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the General Dentist while collaborating with the neighboring multi‑specialty team as needed. You will play a key role in clinical excellence, patient flow, and team support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Dentist with a full scope of general dentistry procedures
- Serve as a senior‑level clinical support and resource for the team
- Maintain efficient room turnover and clinical workflows
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional patient care and education
- Coordinate seamlessly with the adjacent multi‑specialty office when needed
- 3–5+ years of dental assisting experience in general dentistry
- Lead‑level or senior DA experience strongly preferred
- Confident, efficient chairside skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Team‑oriented, reliable, and professional
- Experience with Open Dental, CBCT, and iTero preferred
- Comfortable working in a modern, technology‑driven practice
- Open Dental
- CBCT imaging
- iTero scanner
- State‑of‑the‑art dental technology
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturdays: 2 Saturdays per month REQUIRED, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Weekday off provided during the week when a Saturday is worked

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one‑year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
- Valid X‑ray certificate.
- Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
- CPR & first aid certificate.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non‑Exempt
Reports to: Operations Manager
