Project Manager – Structural Steel Fabrication
:
Take ownership of structural steel projects from concept through completion.

This role offers direct involvement in design coordination, value engineering, fabrication planning, field operations, and final erection
. You’ll partner with customers, engineers, and internal teams to deliver complex commercial, industrial, and data center projects on time and on budget.

Work alongside senior leaders with 30+ years in the structural steel industry while gaining exposure to fabrication processes, shop operations, and field installations
. You’ll manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation while driving collaboration between designers, detailers, and field crews. This is a growth-focused position within a rapidly expanding fabricator handling high-profile, technically challenging projects

• Partner with customers, engineers, and internal teams to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with designers, detailers, and field crews; manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Support growth within a rapidly expanding fabricator handling high-profile, technically challenging projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in structural steel fabrication, commercial construction, or industrial projects preferred
• Skilled in project scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
