Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Background in social work, special education, or behavioral health is a plus
- Patient care experience is beneficial
Part‑time
Pay$18.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule- Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends as needed
Behavioral health: 2 years (Required)
