Position: Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) Full-Time

Behavior Technician – Pay

$18.00 – $27.00 per hour
Monday – Friday, 12:00 - 8:00 PM

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable professionals who are ready to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility, growth opportunities, and supportive supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
  • Collect and record data on observable client behavior
  • Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, autism support, or ABA therapy (required)
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel required between client homes)
  • Background in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral health preferred
