We are a fast-growing restoration company seeking a dedicated Water Restoration Technician to join our team. You’ll respond to water damage, assist with drying, demolition and various restoration activities, and work closely with supervisors to complete active jobs.

• Monitors, inspects and completes tasks to ensure completion of drying, demolition and various restoration activities.
• Prepare and review documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures.
• Explain processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.
• Complete assigned jobs according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job.
• Perform water damage repair including water extraction, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, light construction and demolition as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled.
• Make daily adjustments to the drying plan based on meter readings.
• Inspect jobs after completion, obtain customer signatures for approval, and request payments when necessary.
• Rotating on-call schedule is required.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Previous experience in maintenance or related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline- and detail-oriented
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds frequently (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling)
