Responsibilities
Executive Assistant to the CEO at Metropoltian Behavioral Health (a UHS facility). Provide administrative support to the CEO and hospital departments. Perform general office duties and support the Administrative Department as instructed by the CEO. Take and transcribe meeting minutes for the Medical Executive Committee, Governing Board, Department Directors/Managers and other meetings as requested. Organize and prepare agendas and informational packets.
Maintain meeting minutes and attachments in an organized manner. Type and update administrative and leadership policies and procedures. Maintain an organized filing system for hospital contracts and track contract renewal dates; acquire documentation for contract files to meet regulatory standards. Maintain ECM/CAR log. Manage physician and clinical contract provider credentialing.
- Education
:
High School diploma or equivalent, or Associates degree in office management. - Experience
:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years executive assistant and broad administrative assistant experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Word processing and computer skills required. - Knowledge
:
General knowledge of office systems, excellent organizational skills, and strong word processing and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact with hospital staff, physicians, community members, referral sources, and others.
