Position Summary:
The full-time Executive Assistant to the CEO provides administrative support to the CEO and other hospital departments. Responsibilities include general office duties, supporting the Administrative Department as assigned by the CEO, taking and transcribing meeting minutes for the Medical Executive Committee, Governing Board, Department Directors/Managers, and other meetings; organizing and preparing agendas and informational packets; maintaining meeting minutes and attachments; updating administrative and leadership policies and procedures;
maintaining an organized filing system for hospital contracts and tracking contract renewal dates; acquiring documentation for contract files to meet regulatory standards; maintaining ECM/CAR log; and managing physician and clinical contract provider credentialing.

QualificationsEducation :
High School diploma or equivalent, or Associates degree in office management.
Experience :
Minimum of 3 to 5 years executive assistant and broad administrative assistant experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Word processing and computer skills required.
Knowledge :
Knowledge of general office systems; excellent organizational skills; word processing skills; strong communication skills with hospital staff, physicians, community members, referral sources, and others; ability to manage multiple tasks.
