Project Coordinator at Jackson Dawson

Overview

Jackson Dawson is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a national automotive product training program. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, and confidence in working with external vendors, including commercial airlines, hotels, and other business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain travel routes and schedules for In‑Dealership Training personnel.
  • Make informed logistical decisions regarding travel arrangements and associated costs.
  • Complete hotel credit card authorization forms and confirm receipt with the hotels.
  • Verify hotel invoices for rate accuracy and consistency with internal records and schedules.
  • Track, manage, and report key program metrics.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, deliverables, and performance tracking in systems such as One Note, Box, Smartsheet, Web Ex, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and cross‑functional departments.
  • Plan, organize, and support meetings and training sessions, ranging from small client meetings to large-scale, on‑site training events.
  • Work from multiple locations as needed (e.g., T3 Warehouse, office, or other training sites).
  • Occasionally assist with testing new vehicle technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting projects through internships, coursework, or administrative roles, with exposure to task tracking and team coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to grasp and comprehend technical information.
  • Capable of working under pressure and adapting in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in coordinating with hotels, caterers, and on‑site logistics contacts.
  • Must possess a clean driving record.
