CON is seeking a program leader to drive end-to-end automation equipment programs for automotive OEMs, from concept through production launch, coordinating global teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions on time.
You will interface with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, lead cross-functional execution, and oversee CATIA-based design reviews to meet OEM requirements and internal standards. Occasional on-site travel in the USA, Mexico, or Austria will be required.
