Event Production Manager – Jackson Dawson
Jackson Dawson manages a premier off‑roading experience called Bronco Off‑Rodeo at five locations across the United States. The program invites guests to engage with the Bronco brand through immersive driving adventures, innovative vehicle technologies, and dynamic special events. The Event Production Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of all events at these five sites, ensuring every experience upholds Bronco’s commitment to performance, innovation, and excellence.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of event production from concept to completion, including logistics, technical operations, and on‑site management.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, budgets, and tracking tools to ensure smooth operations and financial alignment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to meet all event requirements, such as AV, staging, décor, catering, and security.
- Partner with marketing, business development, and guest experience teams to ensure events align with brand and guest engagement goals.
- Oversee setup, execution, and teardown of all events while maintaining compliance with safety standards and Ford brand requirements.
- Lead production meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and serve as the main contact for partners and clients.
- Identify and resolve logistical or technical challenges before and during events to ensure flawless delivery.
- Evaluate post‑event data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in operations and guest satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 6+ years of event production or management experience, ideally within experiential or automotive environments.
- Proven success managing large‑scale, high‑profile events with complex logistics and technical needs.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, negotiate vendor agreements, and sustain strong partner and client relationships.
- Knowledge of event safety standards and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Creative and disciplined, with the ability to innovate within operational and budgetary constraints.
- Strong technical understanding of event production, AV systems, and digital engagement tools.
- Experience in the automotive and hospitality industries is a plus.
- Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout indoor and outdoor event spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and climbing stairs.
- Driving may be required for event coordination and logistics.
