The Transformation Management Organization Specialist is a pivotal role dedicated to revolutionizing Ford's Industrial Systems. You will be reporting directly to the Transformation Management Organization Manager. Ford is seeking an experienced and dynamic technical program specialist to take on a pivotal role in transforming Ford's Industrial System processes and end-to-end integration. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact operating at the intersection of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

As our Transformation Management Organization Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving change. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of complex, cross-functional process transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing global operations.
  • Conducting deep-dive analysis to identify key drivers, emerging issues, and significant opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating extensively with diverse teams to align strategies, build consensus, and implement integrated solutions.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators () related to process efficiency and optimization, providing regular, insightful updates to executive leadership.
  • Driving the adoption of new methodologies, tools, and systems to enhance data analytics, predictive capabilities, and proactive decision-making.
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement, challenging existing paradigms, and fostering innovative solutions to complex and operational challenges throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrating exceptional resilience and adaptability, effectively navigating ambiguous situations, managing competing priorities, and responding strategically to unexpected obstacles or evolving business needs with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Facilitating robust risk management and mitigation strategies for all assigned programs, ensuring timely identification and effective resolution of impediments.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader, influencing stakeholders at all levels to embrace and implement transformational changes.
Qualifications

You'll have...

To excel in this role, you'll need a robust blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and strategic thinking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Analytics and 5+ years experience.
  • Exceptional Program Management Prowess:A proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex technical programs from conception through execution and closure, preferably within an
    automotive or other large-scale manufacturing environment.
  • Deep Analytical and Problem-Solving

    Skills:

    Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous data analysis, identify root causes, and develop practical, data-driven solutions to intricate business challenges, leveraging various analytical tools and techniques.
  • Experience in Process Optimization:Strong understanding and hands-on application of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping) to re-engineer end-to-end workflows and achieve measurable improvements.
  • Strategic & Systems Thinking:The capability to conceptualize complex systems, understand interdependencies across various functions, and develop long‑term strategic roadmaps for transformation.
