Business Operations Analyst – Dearborn, MI (Onsite)

Stefanini Group is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to support the Industrial Systems IT team across the enterprise. The role reports to the IT Business Operations Lead on the Enterprise Technology Industrial System IT team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support operations of Industrial Systems IT business activities.
• Develop monthly updates, metrics, and consolidate reports per corporate standards.
• Schedule and prepare for bi-weekly strategic topic reviews and quarterly leadership offsites.
• Assist in monitoring business performance metrics and ensure targets are on track.
• Coordinate executive updates, presentations, and communications to improve knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
• Engage team members when issues and blockers arise to maintain milestone targets and KPIs.

Required experience and skills:

• Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience in IT Business Operations and coordinating key meetings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop internal communications for IT leadership.
• Cross‑functional collaboration in a matrixed, multi‑national environment.
• Inclusive leadership style and relationship building at all levels.

Education:

• Associate degree (minimum).
