Transformation Management Organization Specialist

Work cross‑functionally and closely with integrated teams in Manufacturing, Product Development, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, and Service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning, execution, and oversight of complex, cross‑functional process transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing global operations.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analysis to identify key drivers, emerging issues, and significant improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate extensively with diverse teams to align strategies, build consensus, and implement integrated solutions.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators related to process efficiency and optimization, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Drive adoption of new methodologies, tools, and systems to enhance data analytics, predictive capabilities, and proactive decision‑making.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, challenging existing paradigms and fostering innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Demonstrate exceptional resilience and adaptability, effectively navigating ambiguous situations, managing competing priorities, and responding strategically to unexpected obstacles or evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate robust risk management and mitigation strategies for all assigned programs, ensuring timely identification and effective resolution of impediments.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and thought leader, influencing stakeholders at all levels to embrace and implement transformational changes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Analytics and 5+ years of experience.
  • Exceptional program management track record leading large‑scale, complex technical programs from conception through closure, preferably within automotive or large‑scale manufacturing.
  • Deep analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated data‑driven solutions to intricate business challenges.
  • Experience in process optimization with Lean, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping to re‑engineer end‑to‑end workflows.
  • Strategic and systems thinking, conceptualizing complex systems and developing long‑term strategic roadmaps for transformation.
  • Outstanding communication and influence, articulating complex technical and business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration, building relationships and driving alignment across departments.
  • Change leadership, championing significant organizational change and ensuring successful adoption of new processes.

This position is a leadership salary grade 6.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
