Position Description

  • In this role as the IT Program Coordinator, you will support the IT Program Management Office in driving business transformation.
  • You will have the unique opportunity to facilitate collaboration among a diverse team of professionals from Business, Product, and Technology backgrounds.
  • Leveraging your strong organizational skills and proactive approach, you will be instrumental in coordinating diverse programs, assisting with impactful leadership communications, and effectively managing executive requests.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and track progress against executive-level milestones, ensuring rigorous alignment with overall strategic goals and timelines.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within the Client Credit Technology organization and across the broader organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key internal and external partners, including senior business leaders, IT / Product partners, to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to achieve transformation objectives, building consensus and aligning diverse perspectives.
  • Executive Communication & Reporting
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and infrastructure management.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • High degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience when faced with challenges and evolving project requirements.
Skills Required
  • Business Process Analysis - we need someone who can document "as-is " workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and design optimized "to-be” processes that align with our strategic goals.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - Our reviews with senior leadership, broader communications, and storytelling are done in PowerPoint; the ability to translate complex data into clean, executive-ready visual narratives is non-negotiable.
  • Program Management - ability to oversee a portfolio of related projects, managing the dependencies between them, and ensuring the collective "program " meets its objectives.
  • Strategic Communication - tailor complex messages for different audiences
  • Business Skills - general professional acumen, and understanding org structures
  • Microsoft Outlook - Beyond basic emailing, I expect expert-level calendar management, the ability to coordinate large-scale meetings across multiple time zones, and high responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Planning - develop detailed roadmaps, set realistic milestones, and proactively allocate resources to ensure initiatives stay on track and within scope.
  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Word - data management, analysis, documentation, version control, and team collaboration.
  • Project Management - support specific initiatives from inception to successful completion
  • Business Process Improvement - be able to identify waste and improve the quality of our daily operations Business Transformation - involvement in changing how we operate to significantly improve organizational performance.
Experience Required
  • 3+ years of experience in an operational, strategic, or executive support role, ideally within the automotive finance industry or a large, complex organization.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of management
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional time management skills and prioritization skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Jira
Experience Preferred
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with changing priorities
Education Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
