Dearborn Member Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and professional Member Service Representative to join our Credit Union team. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for assisting members with transactions and inquiries, in office or via other methods. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and maintain a strong knowledge of Credit Union products and procedures to provide outstanding member service.

• Accurately process member financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc.
• Handle member requests, such as pin/password resets, check orders, stop payments, etc.
• Verify member information and security, and maintain/update records.
• Provide informed, professional service and support to all members and team members by responding to all requests promptly.
• Balance cash drawer and accurately complete all end of day tasks.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks such as filing, copying, scanning.
• Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience as a guest service representative or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable transportation and ability to fulfil the schedule requirements: M‑F 8:40‑5:15 and rotating Saturdays 8:40‑12:15.
