Area Customer Service Coordinator

Mailroom / Office Support Specialist

Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hr Duration: 11-month assignment

Location:

Multiple locations throughout Southeast Michigan

Schedule:

Primarily Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

• Sort, process, and deliver mail.
• Complete printing, copying, and document assembly requests.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
• Replace toner and coordinate service calls for office equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic printer and copier issues.
• Travel between client locations as needed.
• Perform general office support duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel between locations, including sites up to 40–50 miles apart.

• Business casual dress code.
• Mileage and applicable parking expenses reimbursed by Ricoh.
• Must be flexible to work at different locations, sometimes within the same day.

Service Areas:
Auburn Hills, Detroit, Dearborn, Farmington Hills, Troy, Milford, Pontiac, Warren, Southfield, and Ann Arbor, MI.
