As a Customer Service Representative for Great Lakes Landscape Supply, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

• CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to
• assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through
• positive interactions and exceptional service.
• ORDER PROCESSING
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and
• efficiently.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
• of products.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their orders
• and address any issues that may arise.
• PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's
• product offerings.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their
• specific landscaping needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional
• education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to
• Proficient in using customer service software,
• order processing systems, and Microsoft Office
• Suite.

• This position involves both office-based and onsite customer interactions.
• Regular working hours with occasional flexibility
• based on business needs.
