Help maintain thoughtful, dependable working relationships with physicians in the IES network.
Position OverviewThe Physician Relations Coordinator supports communication between IES and independent physicians. The role includes availability coordination, case follow-up, records questions, and practical support before and after an evaluation.
What You’ll Do- Communicate with physicians about availability, case fit, and scheduling details
- Coordinate records, referral questions, and appointment information
- Track follow-up items through report completion and delivery
- Maintain organized notes and respectful, timely communication
- Professional communication and sound judgment
- Ability to manage details without losing sight of the relationship
- Comfort coordinating with physicians, clients, and claimants
- Healthcare, medical-legal, or provider-relations experience is helpful
Hybrid or on-site in Shelby Township, Michigan.
Full-time schedule during regular business hours.
