Valid Michigan Department of Education (MDE) certification or authorization appropriate for special education administration.

Strong knowledge of Michigan special education regulations, IDEA, IEP development, and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to support school teams and promote positive outcomes for students with disabilities.
