- Develop new TPMS hardware, software, and systems, taking responsibility for a subset of parts/requirements.
- Lead design reviews with internal and external teams including suppliers.
- Develop and review quality documentation, ensuring compliance with FMVSS, ECE, and other regulatory or legal requirements, including RF certification and homologation.
- Package receiver module to optimize RF reception.
- Develop and execute design verification plan (DVP) for TPMS system on bench, HIL, and vehicle per program milestones requirements (DCV, PEC, FEC, etc).
- Track status in FEDE and JIRA for issues.
- Support programs through launch by leading issue resolution and presenting status to management.
- Collaborate with Chassis and Vehicle Operations teams to ensure interface and process/assembly requirements are met.
- Travel to supplier facilities and Ford assembly plants as needed to support design reviews and launches of new products, APQP and PPAP approval.
- Additional responsibilities may include FEDE BOM, Netcom Message List, ARXML, Device Transmittal, VSCS, ED&T and Mountain Charts, ESOW.
- Application testing:
Develop and execute DVP for TPMS on bench, HIL, and vehicle, tracking status/issues in FEDE and JIRA. - Product design focus: quality documentation development and reviews, ensuring compliance with FMVSS, ECE, and regulatory requirements including RF certification.
- Additional duties: FEDE BOM, Netcom Message List, configurable parameters verification/release.
- Electrical Engineering design and testing experience with automotive electrical systems – hardware, software, and systems (minimum 2 years).
- Experience with vehicle network tools (CANalyzer).
- Experience with development/testing of wireless technology.

Education RequiredBachelor's Degree.
