In this position, we are seeking an experienced Core Display Engineer to join our team leading development, launch, and quality for interior displays. What you'll do:

• Lead detailed design reviews with suppliers to optimize and ensure high quality design meeting standards.
• Support optical requirements and measurement methods.
• Support display technology road map, including optical and electrical interface.
• Drive continuous improvements in products and internal processes.
• Create display design rules and best practices.
• Support warranty failure analysis and resolution.
• Lead TDRs for System/Subsystem/Component and sign‑off with specific responsibilities.
• Be the go‑to for problem solving – launch, recall, quality/field issues.
• Interface with Display Application Engineers globally.
• Support development of global display specifications and technical design reviews of display component and subsystem (e.g., cluster and center stack).
• Support next‑generation display/IVI interface architecture development.
• Lead design cost savings idea development and implementation.

• Electrical Engineering, Project Engineering, Analytical skills, Quality Management.

• 5+ years of experience specialty with display design and validation.
• Deep technical background in display technologies.
• Experience in Electronic Module Quality disciplines and processes.
• Excellent program management, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Strong supplier relationship skills.

• Experience working in LCD manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Master's Degree.
