This position plays a critical role in advancing interior display systems across vehicle platforms. You will serve as a technical leader and go‑to problem solver, collaborating with global engineering teams and suppliers to deliver high‑quality, innovative display solutions from concept through launch and field support.
What You'll Do- Lead detailed supplier design reviews to ensure high‑quality display designs that meet internal standards
- Support optical requirements and measurement methods for interior display systems
- Contribute to display technology roadmaps, including optical and electrical interfaces
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for products and internal engineering processes
- Develop display design rules, best practices, and technical guidelines
- Support warranty, quality, launch, recall, and field issue analysis and resolution
- Lead Technical Design Reviews (TDRs) at the system, subsystem, and component level
- Execute system, subsystem, and component signoff with defined ownership
- Interface with global display application engineering teams
- Support the development of global display specifications
- Participate in cluster and center stack component and subsystem design reviews
- Support next‑generation display and IVI interface architecture development
- Lead design‑to‑cost and cost‑savings initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master’s degree preferred - 5+ years of experience specializing in display design and validation
- Deep technical expertise in display technologies
- Experience with electronic module quality disciplines and processes
- Strong analytical, electrical engineering, and project engineering skills
- Proven program management and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong supplier collaboration and relationship management skills
- Experience in an LCD manufacturing environment is preferred
