In this position... Engineer to design, develop and validate structural components for passenger trucks and vehicles.  Looking for innovative problem solvers with ability to manage complex systems and components, design for efficiency and validate using engineering tools and knowledge.
Talent to be able to understand and develop complex systems and balance deliverables to make most cost/weight effective and functional proposals for underbody components. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (required).3+ years of experience in frames or structures Design and Release The D&R Engineer is expected to understand and effectively utilize product check-in/check-out processes, version control, data release, and change management within Ford’s PLM ecosystem.

CAD Capable (CATIA, 3DX)
Excellent communication skills, written verbal.

Ability to lead a team, work with cross functional group.

• Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time. This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $74,300 - $166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
