Ford is seeking an experienced Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) engineer for Interiors to industrialize and manage Quality and Capacity of interior commodities at Tier 1 suppliers. You will lead the launch and in‑series production for IPs, seats, door trim, headliners, and more across BEV and ICE programs.
Responsibilities include driving flawless launches, capacity studies, PPAP compliance, and continuous manufacturing improvements with Ford and supplier teams. Travel up to 75% is required.
