We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Requirement Modeling and MIL Simulation Engineer to join our advanced engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of virtual software validation for Chassis systems and features by building robust simulation environments, automating test infrastructure, and enabling engineers to validate hardware-dependent behaviors entirely in a virtual setting.

You will work at the intersection of model-based development, software engineering, and systems integration—helping the organization reduce cost, shorten development cycles, and improve quality by minimizing dependency on physical vehicle testing.

Qualifications You'll have...Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
2+ years requirement modeling and MIL development experience.
2+ years of experience with Matlab/Simulink tools1+ years of experience with Software Configuration Management & Version Control tools (e.g., Git, Git Hub, Git Lab, or Bitbucket) within collaborative software development environments.
2+ years of hands-on experience integrating plant dynamics models with embedded controller software (MIL / SIL environments) for automotive chassis, vehicle dynamics, or related mechatronic subsystems (e.g., Braking, Steering, Suspension, or Powertrain).Even better, you may have...MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field

Familiarity with Embedded Tester, dSPACE, ECU-Test and Vector tools

Experience with Software Configuration Management Systems (e.g. Git)
Experience developing automation scripts and GUI applications (e.g. python, Matlab, C++, C#, Java)

Experience with using CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins/Github Actions Demonstrated experience in building plant and controller models for automotive systems (e.g. Braking, Steering and Suspension)
