This position is within the Dearborn Truck Plant (DTP) Underbody Systems Engineering (UNSE) PVT Team. UNSE includes components in brakes, steering, driveline, transmissions, suspension, and wheels & tires. Qualifications You'll have...Bachelor of Science in Engineering3+ years experience in Program, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering.

Even better, you may have...Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Six Sigma trained desirable

Proven ability to solve difficult problems in high energy environment

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical teams.

Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
