Qualifications You'll have...Bachelor’s degree in electrical degree in Electrical, Electronics or other related Engineering field4+ years of experience in PD, manufacturing, and/or quality roles

Analytical & Technical

Skills:

Proficient in structured problem-solving techniques (8D, 3L5Y, DMAIC, Six Sigma, etc).Strong Communication:
Able to clearly present technical data and lead discussions across teams.

Team Leadership:
Strong organization and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Software Proficiency:
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for analysis and reporting.

Even better, you may have...Master's Degree in Engineering Electronics Module Knowledge:

Experience with electronic ECU/sensors and component-level diagnostics is a plus.

Analytical and Technical

Skills:

Six Sigma greenbelt or blackbelt certified

Data Systems

Experience:

Proficient in using Ford’s quality data systems, such as Quality.

• Generous vacation time, sick/personal time, and paid holidays, including between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day This position is a salary grade 5-8, and ranges from $65,100-$166,200.Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
