The Advance Driver Assistance Technology (ADAS) team develops state-of-the-art software and algorithms to deliver best-in-class features like adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, driver monitoring, and 360 camera systems.

We are seeking a highly driven engineer responsible for the program application work for ADAS sensors. You would lead hardware and software application and vehicle integration work of these systems that control ADAS features on several vehicle programs.

Qualifications You'll have...Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field of study1+ years of experience in Design and Release of E/E components.
1+ years of experience with Automotive Component or Subsystem Product Development tools and processes.
1+ years of CAD packaging experience.

Experience with Teamcenter PLM for releasing engineering drawings and managing BOMs.Strong understanding and application of engineering disciplines (engineering specifications, systems engineering, design validation, failure mode analysis, 8D, Six Sigma, etc.).Ability to clearly and concisely communicate and interact with others, both orally and in writing.

Motivation to bring new technologies from concept to production in a short time period.

Ability to travel, as necessary.

Even better, you may have...Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field of study3+ years of experience in Design and Release of E/E components.
3+ years of experience with Automotive Component or Subsystem Product Development tools and processes.
3+ years of CAD packaging experience.

Experience with ADAS technologies (e.g., camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic, domain controller).Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and component design principles in controlling packaging into vehicles

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, self-motivated, proactive, eager to take responsibility, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to quickly learn the job (with mentoring from others), and then be able to self-lead the D&R Application work on programs.
