The FAT Process Engineer owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of End-of-Line (EOL) and Factory Acceptance Testing processes — the last line of defense ensuring every production unit meets requirements before it ships to a customer site.

This role sits at the critical junction between design intent and manufacturing reality, translating validated requirements into repeatable, scalable production test processes, while also serving as a key technical contact during customer-witnessed testing events that directly impact project timelines and customer confidence.

Qualifications You'll have...Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience developing production test processes for high-voltage battery or power electronics products.

Familiarity with automated test equipment and data acquisition systems.

Even better, you may have...Experience scaling test processes from low-volume pilot production to high-volume manufacturing.

Six Sigma certification with production/process capability analysis experience.

Direct experience with stationary BESS end-of-line testing.

Automated test equipment/PLC systemsSCADA/data acquisition softwareSPC and yield analysis tools (Minitab, JMP)
Typical Career Path Progression toward Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer, FAT Program Lead, or Supervisor, Quality Assurance.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions This role is primarily performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing, or supplier environment, depending on program needs.

Occasional work in high-voltage or industrial environments may be required, with appropriate training and personal protective equipment (PPE).Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to support testing, supplier, manufacturing, or customer activities.
