Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role is essentially the "strategic engine" of a company’s finance department. Not only focus on recording and reporting actual and earning, but also FP&A focuses on the future—using data to help leadership make informed decisions about where the company is going.

We are seeking an energetic and driven FP&A professional to join our Corporate Profit Analysis team.

This high-impact role provides critical support to the CFO, and FP&A Director in a fast-paced environment. As a Supervisor, you will gain significant exposure to strategic decision-making and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial path.

You'll have...

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.

Finance

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience working on a finance team, including at least 2 rotations.

Workstream Leadership:
At least 1 year of experience leading and developing processes for a specific financial workstream.

Core

Skills:

Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills, with excellent attention to detail, including tie points.

Communication &

Collaboration:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong team-oriented approach.

Adaptability & Work Style:
Highly motivated and emotionally resilient; disciplined, flexible, and adaptive to leadership needs.

Process Improvement:
Process-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Even better, you may have...FP&A / Consolidation:
Experience in an FP&A or consolidation role.

Tools:

Experience with IMPRS, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
